aveda spa = results + recovery

Stress, diet and daily environmental aggressors trigger imbalances in the body such as acne, sensitivity, dryness, premature aging and pain. The Aveda spa approach combines pure botanical products that produce results. Your holistic spa experience is enhanced with touch and breath techniques, selected specifically for you, that relax your body and mind and naturally activate the body’s repair and recovery mechanisms.

For most spa services, guests are presented their own robe, slippers and locker upon arrival. While waiting for your therapist to escort you to your private treatment room, we invite you to enjoy a complimentary infused beverage. A steam bath awaits as a perfect touch to begin or end your services with us. The added touch of aromatherapy oil in your bath ensures the release of any lingering tensions. Please mention your desire to bathe while booking to ensure availability. We provide blow dryers, brushes and Aveda products for your convenience.

Our staff wants you to be as comfortable as possible during your service. If you have a preference as to gender, please indicate so at the time of booking. We will do our very best to accommodate based on availability.

SPA ETIQUETTE

CELL PHONE USE

Our spa environment is one of relaxation and wellness. In consideration of other guests and to ensure a relaxing experience for yourself, we ask that you silence your cell phone. Please refrain from conversation, participating in live videos or playing any audio/video without the use of headphones.

UNDER AGE 18

Young adults are welcome to experience a facial, massage or waxing service. However, Ihloff Salon does require those under 18 to have a consent form signed by the parent or guardian as well as being onsite for the duration of the service.

Children are not permitted in the spa area unless they are booked for a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children and hope you understand we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment.  We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests.

Our gift cards are the perfect gift or thoughtful way to introduce friends, family members or valued employees to our products and services.

GRATUITY

Please note that our prices (except for designated spa packages) do not include gratuity. Gratuity is left to your discretion, as a reflection of your appreciation for your treatment.
